Why protect my watch?

Protecting your watch helps preserve its finish and resale value by keeping polished and brushed surfaces looking fresh. It reduces micro-scratches from desk contact, clasp contact and shirt cuffs, and gives you daily-wear confidence so you can enjoy the watch without babying it.

Will it change how my watch looks?

Our film is high-clarity and thin. Once it has cured properly, it is barely noticeable at normal viewing distance and keeps the original look of your watch as much as possible.

Will it fit my watch?

Each kit is model-specific. You simply pick the exact reference from our shop and the film pieces are cut to follow the lines and edges of that model.

Does it leave residue on removal?

The film is designed to come off cleanly when removed correctly. Peel low and slow along the surface of the watch to avoid stretching the film or leaving residue.

What is included in the kit?

Each kit includes precisely cut film pieces for the bezel, case and clasp, and bracelet where applicable, plus spare pieces for high-wear areas. No tools or liquids are included in the kit; it is film only.

The adhesive is water-activated. Work in a dust-free area, lightly mist the watch surface, fully wet the adhesive side of the film, and place each piece precisely just inside the edges. Please refer to our installation guide page for full step-by-step instructions before you begin.

Is Watch Protective film self-healing?

Yes. The film has a self-healing top layer, so minor marks from everyday wear can slowly self-heal over time at room temperature or with gentle warmth.

Why might edges look dirty over time?

The film is a sacrificial layer that takes everyday wear so your watch does not. Over time, edges can collect fine dust or show more wear in high-contact areas. When the edges look tired, it means the film has done its job and you can swap in the spare piece from your kit.

How long does the film last?

Longevity depends on how you wear the watch. Clasp pieces see the most contact and may need replacement sooner, while case and bezel pieces generally last longer. Each kit includes spare pieces so you can refresh high-wear areas as needed.

Is it waterproof after cure?

Yes. After about 48 hours of curing time, normal hand-washing and everyday moisture are fine. Avoid solvents and abrasives and clean the watch with water and a soft cloth to keep the film in good condition.

The film is clear and thin, designed to minimise its effect on appearance. Careful alignment and the full curing time help achieve a clean finish.

Peel slowly at a low angle along the surface. The film is designed for clean removal. If you encounter resistance or residue, stop and contact us for advice.

Every kit includes two complete sets of protection film: one for installation and one full spare set. Both sets match the coverage of your selected kit. Coverage varies by model. Watches, installation tools and liquids are not included.
